Geox@Home

If you’re interested in an item but can’t find your size or the colour you want, you can rely on our in-store Geox@Home service to help you out. Available at participating Geox stores, this service will allow you to order and purchase the item you want, and to have it sent either to the store or to your home address at no extra cost.

1. Order an item in store
Order the item you want directly at the store with the help of a shop assistant and pay for your purchase at the cash register. When you have made your purchase, you will receive a first order confirmation email.

2. Wait for a second email
If you chose to have the item sent to the store, you will receive a second email message containing the collection PIN number when your order is ready to be picked up from the store. If, on the other hand, you chose to have the item sent to your home address, you will receive an email message containing a tracking number that allows you to follow the delivery status of your parcel.

3. Pick the order up from the store
If you chose to have the item delivered to the store, you can go there during opening hours to pick it up. Make sure you take with you valid proof of identity and the PIN number contained in the second email, or the receipt to prove payment took place.

How long does delivery take?
Home delivery generally takes place with 6 business days of purchase. Should it not be possible to deliver your purchase, the delivery company will leave you a card telling you how to get in touch with them so you can arrange how to collect the parcel. If you chose to pick your parcel up from the store, it will be available for collection 6 business days after you made the purchase at the store of your choice. You will receive an email or a text message with a PIN number as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. When you go to collect your purchase, you will be asked by the store staff to show either the receipt or the PIN number received via email/text message. Goods cannot be purchased in one country and delivered to another.

Can I return a Geox@Home order?
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you should pay a visit (take the receipt with you) to any Geox-brand store managed by the same company which runs the store where you made your purchase. The return procedure cannot be done online. You will be able to change purchased items within 30 days of the purchase date for other products that either cost the same or more than the original order. Alternatively, you could ask for a voucher* or a refund for the amount paid. Any returns made over 30 days later than the purchase date may be authorised in exceptional cases by Geox at its absolute discretion.

*The merchandise voucher can be used in a Geox store managed by the same company that runs the store where you made your purchase. It will be valid for two years after which it will expire. 

What can I do if I miss the delivery or if I receive the wrong item?
You can contact the store in which you purchased your goods or our Customer Service.

What happens if I miss a Geox@Home delivery or do not collect Geox@Home goods from the store?
If you opted for a home delivery and you’re not in, you can collect the products from one of the courier’s Access Points. If the goods are not collected from the store or from an Access Point within 30 days of notification date, the sales contract will be understood as completed and the goods will be returned to the possession of Geox. You may nevertheless receive a refund for the amount paid, buy an item worth the same amount at the store or ask for a voucher* for the same amount, but you will have to send us a request within 3 months of the date of the first delivery attempt, or of notification that the goods were ready for collection from store.

*The merchandise voucher can be used in a Geox store managed by the same company that runs the store where you made your purchase. It will be valid for two years after which it will expire.

How can I check the delivery status of a Geox order?
After you have made a purchase using the Geox@Home service, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the delivery details as well as a tracking number so you can locate your order during transit.

If I have signed up for the Benefeet loyalty program, will I earn points on a Geox@Home purchase?
Yes, purchases made via the Geox@Home service are eligible to earn points in the Benefeet loyalty program. Remember to identify yourself before the receipt is issued and make sure you give the sales assistant your full name and email address or cell phone number.
